All digital audio creations offered through Monique Jordan Creative Studio are original works
created with intention, care, and respect. By purchasing a digital audio product, you agree to the following terms:
📥 Digital Delivery
All audio products are digital downloads. After successful payment, your purchased audio file will be available for download directly through the download link provided by WooCommerce.
If you purchased an audio album, your download will be available as a Zip File. No physical product will be shipped.
🎶 Personal Use Only
All audio tracks are sold for personal listening and enjoyment only.
You may:
- Listen privately
- Use for reflection, meditation, or inspiration
- Download for personal devices
- You may not:
- Resell or redistribute the audio
- Upload to streaming platforms
- Use in videos, social media, podcasts,
- or commercial projects
- Share the file with others
- Remix, sample, or alter the tracks for public release.
- Play the music in a commercial setting (like a shop, cafe, or gym).
If you are a creator and want to use my music as background tracks for your YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram videos, you must obtain a Sync License.
- Cost: €25 per track / per project.
- Benefits: This grants you legal permission to “sync” my music to your visuals. It provides you with a licensing certificate to show platforms if a copyright claim occurs.
- How to apply: Please use the email below to request a Sync License. Include the song name and a link to your channel.
Commercial, Film & Broadcast Licensing
For independent films, advertisements, video games, or corporate projects, a Commercial License is required.
- Rates are determined based on the scope of the project.
- Please email me with the subject line “Sync Inquiry” for a custom quote.
🔒 Copyright
All audio content remains the intellectual property of Monique Jordan Creative Studio.
Purchase grants you a personal listening license, not ownership of the music itself.
⚠️ AI Music Notice: These tracks are created with the assistance of AI (the music) and Monique Jordan writes the lyrics herself, so she owns the lyrics. While you are free to listen to them personally, we cannot guarantee that these tracks won’t be flagged by automated “Content ID” systems on platforms like YouTube or Instagram. 💳 Refund Policy for Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all sales are final once the audio file has been accessed or downloaded. Refunds or exchanges are not available for digital audio products.
